Now grown up, Mariko returns to the EL world to look for some answers. IN a previous LONG story, this story was present in pieces. I decided to put it together in one place.

As a young boy looked out to what the world had become, it was filled with so much hate and sadness as they were on the brink of war. Overwhelming these feelings were as everyone was consumed by this madness. Observing this dreary world this young boy questioned, 'is there anything left worth saving' Sequel to the Butterfly Effect. After the Terror Twins returned from space, Suzanne was made the Crown Princess due to Chika's death, and Queen Lucy is over zealous in making sure nothing happens to her. It is also tearing Suzanne's family apart. Eddie decides he has to do something about it, even if it means becoming a criminal.

The Agent who captured Lucy reviews the events surrounding the Battle Of Maple House for her superiors, and how it was mishandled from before the word go. Can her heritage be her strength as she faces down fanaticism and petty one-upmanship?

Meanwhile, Kouta begins looking for Nyu with the help of Yuka, Nana, and Mayu. Basically this is me trying to give Elfen Lied a happier but realistic ending. Rated T
