Ryu travels the world to find his friends Rei and Teepo. Little does he know, his destiny has already begun, and his life will never be the same. *Warning* This story is an alternate retelling of the Breath Of Fire story, and will contain spoilers for BOF 1, 2, 3, and 4.

A short glimpse into the plot of a novel idea that I may never get to. In modern time, where dragons are said to be extinct and a myth, Ryu saw a dream where a mirror image of him was born, laughing at the flames surrounding his companions. In reality, raised in the village of Dragonair, Ryu and his friend Princess Nina were reached out by the Guardians to face an incoming crisis.

My take on what happens to Teepo in the timespan between getting separated from Ryu and Rei up until station Myria.

Garr, one of the remaining of the Guardian Clan, is entrusted to take care of a young boy named Ryu, also titled "The Last." He meets Nina, the exiled Princess of Wyndia due to her black wings. Unbeknownst to both, these two prophecies tie the two together toward a destiny they could not have ever imagined. And on their path, they will be watched over by Garr himself.
